Every world-scale event runs on the same quiet miracle: thousands of people, hundreds of vehicles, dozens of venues — all moving in sync, on the day, with no room for error. Behind that miracle, far too often, is a wall of spreadsheets and a group chat that never sleeps.
We’ve spent years inside that reality — directing mobility for the World Urban Forum, UEFA EURO, the FIFA World Cup and Formula 1. The operations were world-class. The tooling was not.
The problem isn’t the people. It’s the seams.
Transport doesn’t know what accreditation knows. The venue plan lives in a different file than the fleet plan. A change in one place has to be re-typed into five others. When everything has to work at once, those seams are where things break.

The Flettu principle
