I spent a decade running transport for the world's biggest events — by hand, in spreadsheets. Flettu is the system I wished I'd had.
From the UN World Urban Forum and UEFA EURO to the FIFA World Cup and Formula 1, I've designed and delivered mobility for hundreds of thousands of people — fleet, dispatch, airport operations, venue access and traffic management, from a blank page to delivery. Flettu turns that hard-won operational playbook into a platform, so the next team doesn't have to fight the tooling to run a world-class event.
